'In this developing reflection of her mother's suicide 10 years ago— Devyna’s solo performance uses sculpture, storytelling and dance to emphasize something deeply human: "Could Kill, But Creates".
This piece honours her mother's love of her dancing, and her love of her mother, to explore the most natural progression in the world: birth, life and change.
Maintaining a delicate balance between rage and compassion, sadness and hope, she invites you to suspend in that space with her.'
